The real season league (home and away, a live table across multiple matchdays, season archive) is a PREMIUM feature (€9.99/month or €99.99/year). You can try PREMIUM free for 24 hours once, or 2 days for €3.99. Important: only the league organiser needs PREMIUM — all players join for free via a code. A single round-robin tournament (without a season table) runs free forever on BASIC.

The LEAGUE format: round-robin with home and away leg. Each player meets every other twice (once "home", once "away"). The standings are sorted by wins and leg difference.

LEAGUE is currently built for individual players. For team leagues, register one captain per team and play team fixtures as best-of rounds — a formal team aggregation is planned for a later version.

A real league has no fixed player cap — only the organiser needs PREMIUM, players join freely via a code. With 20 players you get e.g. 190 home + 190 away matches, a full season. (This applies to the PREMIUM season league; a single round-robin tournament on BASIC is capped at 10 players.)

The algorithm distributes matches evenly across match days so no player plays more than once per day (round-robin calendar). Absolute dates you manage outside — SmartDart only tells you which fixtures are due on the next match day.

Every player gets a code and scores on their phone — both phones show the same match. Alternatively an admin can enter all results centrally.

Yes — create a new league and pick your existing Saved Players. The old season is archived as history — standings, average and winner remain accessible.

A laptop or tablet for the admin view, a projector/TV for projection, players use their own phones. No app install — it all runs in the browser.

SmartDart uses a classic round-robin algorithm: every team plays once at home and once away against every other team, no team plays twice on the same match day. With 8 teams that's 56 matches across 14 match days — generated in under a second.

The live table and fixtures are shareable via the public results page (smartdart.app/results/CODE) — perfect for the club website, WhatsApp groups or your newsletter. A classic Excel export is on the roadmap; the shareable link usually does the job.
