Darts ranking tournament: a full season instead of single events

The demo preview and joining as a pool player are free. Creating your own series is part of the Premium plan (€9.99/month or €99.99/year). BASIC and PRO users see a demo series on the overview page with bonus points enabled as an example.

A series is a container for N matchdays + a shared player pool + a points configuration. Every matchday delivers points and stats according to the series rules. The overall table is aggregated automatically.

Yes, three sliders: points per match win, per draw, per leg won. Default is 2/1/1. The configuration is editable until the first matchday starts — then locked so historical standings stay stable.

Extra points for special throws — additive to match and leg points. Configurable: X points per 180, per 140+ visit, for high finishes from a threshold (100/120/140/170) and an extra bonus for the 170 maximum checkout. Set to 0 to disable any bonus.

Three modes per matchday: • **New tournament in the series** — the matchday IS the tournament. Bracket, live scoring, all as usual. • **Import an existing tournament** — a FINISHED tournament is attached retroactively as a matchday, points flow into the table. • **Manual result** — enter final placements + optional stats directly without running a tournament. Ideal for clubs migrating mid-season from Excel to SmartDart.

Yes. As long as the tournament belongs to your account and is FINISHED, you can import it via the matchday creation dialog. Points and stats flow straight into the overall series table.

Four ways: • Add manually (name + optional email). • Automatically on tournament import — all tournament players land in the pool. • During a manual matchday: spontaneously add a new entry. • Self-claim: a player clicks "Are you one of these players?" on the public page and you confirm in the pool tab.

In settings you'll find the public link (S-XYZ12) — share it via WhatsApp, in the club forum, or as a QR-code poster at the venue. The beamer link opens the projector-friendly layout for matchday night.

The current leader is frozen as champion (trophy displayed on the public page). The series becomes read-only. You can reopen it anytime — the champion snapshot is then cleared.

Yes. Create the series, import FINISHED tournaments that already ran in SmartDart, and for matchdays that only exist in Excel use the manual matchday mode. The external-player feature lets you retroactively add people who played without SmartDart so the ranking stays complete.

Yes. The public page (smartdart.app/series/results/CODE) stays reachable indefinitely — perfect for club homepages, season archives and year-on-year comparisons.
